BODY REPAIR

Glaser’s Collision Center is equipped with the latest technology in the automotive repair industry. The shops feature uni-body frame systems and Car-O-Liner computerized measuring systems which give us before and after printouts of your vehicle to ensure that the vehicle has been repaired to factory specifications.

After the frame and structure of the vehicle have been corrected, our I-Car Technicians will finish the repairs to ensure your body lines and gaps look just as they did before your collision. REFINISH SERVICES
After the necessary body work has been completed on your vehicle, the refinishing process remains a very critical element of the entire repair process. A "perfect" quality paint finish is what gives your automobile that final touch. And, since it’s the first thing the catches the eyes of our customers, it must be Glaser’s "perfect".  In fact, we guarantee a perfect, glossy refinish paint job every time and we warranty our refinishing work for as long as you own your vehicle.

While many other repair shops use an average paint product, we use one of the best on the market for your vehicle, Sikkens/Akzo Nobel. That is why we are confident in offering our customers a Lifetime Warranty. Not all automotive collision and paint centers can offer such a warranty of their work. Here at Glaser’s, we only use only premium Sikkens/Akzo Nobel paint products, from base coats, clear coats, primers, sealers, and any other paint components necessary to complete the refinishing and painting process.

Sikkens/Akzo Nobel provides us with computerized technology to create and match any color with the appropriate chemical formulas provided by all vehicle manufacturers. After we have matched the color for your car, your vehicle is prepped and brought into our down draft paint booths for surface preparation. Glaser’s' down draft spray booths utilize sophisticated, automatic suction, filter, and temperature control systems to assist the refinish technician during the application of the critical base and clear coats. Once these coats have been applied, the technician leaves the spray booth and initiates a bake cycle at 150 degrees Fahrenheit for the final bake or application drying process. The paint we use at Glaser’s is specifically designed to be baked at these high temperatures to ensure achieving the consistency in the gloss and durability that the manufacture recommends.

RENTAL CAR ASSISTANCE
Will you need a rental car while your vehicle is at our shop being repaired? Glaser’s has a hassle-free way to make that happen for you. If you have rental coverage on your policy, or the accident was not your fault, let us have that rental car waiting for you at our shop when you drop off your car. Our rental car agencies work with many different insurance companies, so you can quickly get going with the rest of your day. When you car is finished, just drop off the rental car at our shop and we'll coordinate with the rental agency to pick it up. If you don't have rental car coverage on your policy, we can still work with the rental agency to give you a lower rate to help you during this stressful time. 24 HOUR TOWING AVAILABLE
If you've been in an accident and are not sure if your vehicle is safe to drive, we can provide 24 hour towing services to pick up your car and bring it to us safely. Once your vehicle arrives at our shop, we will keep it secure inside our locked gate for safety and cover it if needed to keep it dry. Car Give-Away Program

Every year, insurance companies and car owners “write off” countless cars as being too expensive to repair or restore. Many times, these vehicles simply need body and mechanical work to return them to a save drivable condition. Glaser’s is proud to take part in a benevolence program that will donate a vehicle to a needy family.

After providing all the needed repairs, The team at Glaser’s will coordinate the presentation of the vehicle to a deserving family. We have developed a set of standard selection criteria and an application process is required. Military Adoption Program
Each year the team at Glaser’s adopts a platoon from Fort Campbell. We participate in various projects throughout the year in support of our troop. We have help fill the food pantry at Fort Campbell, sent a group of wives from Fort Campbell to dinner on Valentines Day and have sent many care packages to Iraq.
