Gene and Susan Glaser founded Glaser’s Collision Center in February of 1986. Our first location was a nine hundred square foot building in Buechel. We started with one employee.

We are now located in Jeffersontown and consist of twenty full-time employees in eighteen thousand square feet of actual production space. Our metal and body department contains several Car-O-Liner frame racks with full laser computerized measuring systems that are utilized with every pull. We have a twin post lift to aid in estimating and repairs. Each technician has his or her own mig welder. A Pro Spot welder is utilized for factory looking spot-welds. Our paint department houses several down draft heated paint booths, prep stations and a urethane paint-mixing machine for exact color match. Our facility is completely computerized utilizing the latest digital imaging in estimating. We have the capability to download directly to insurance companies, which utilize the Mitchell ImageMate System and CCC’s Pathways system.

We handle fleet accounts as well as individual and insurance accounts. We can dispatch tow vehicles and rental cars from our office. Glaser's Collision Center is open from 8:00 am to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. We have emergency telephone numbers in place for after hour emergencies the "24 hour" contact.

In June of 1998, our second facility at 3200 Preston Highway was opened. This location is approximately 16,000 square feet. It houses two spray booths, two Car-O-Liner frame racks with measuring systems and Mitchell’s ImageMate, UltraMate and Pathways estimating systems.

Help the automotive industry advance and change its image in the public eye.

Glaser’s isn’t your ordinary collision center. We eliminate a lot of hassles and wasted time for our customers, and we work directly with the customer’s insurance company.

Glaser’s uses a state-of-the-art digital imaging system to transmit estimates and digital images directly to insurance companies. This means less time in a rental car for the customer, and lower costs for the insurance companies and fleet managers.

We handle car rentals too. No calling around for rates, no driving across town to exchange cars – the customer simply picks up and drops off the rental at Glaser’s.

We can dispatch tow trucks to respond promptly to customers’ calls, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emergency numbers are in place for the after-hours calls.

GLASER’S CUSTOMER SERVICE

Once a car is in our hands, we use a computerized tracking system to call the customer during the repair process and let them know how work is progressing.

About a week after repairs are complete, our Customer Service Representative calls to ensure our work has met customer expectations.

We guarantee our work, providing a written warranty to every Glaser customer.
